Hosting and technical connection data

The technical hosting service processes connection data required for delivery, stability and security, in particular IP address, time, requested resource, browser and device information. I do not operate a separate visitor database containing full IP addresses or create personal visitor profiles from them.

Approximate country information derived from the connection may be used to present a suitable language. This website does not store it together with a full IP address in a separate visitor database.

Consent and usage analytics

Your privacy choice is stored for up to 180 days. No optional audience measurement occurs without consent. After voluntary consent, Google Analytics measures page views, approximate country, device type and technical usage data. Advertising and personalisation features remain disabled. The choice can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings”.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Delivery and protection of the website: legitimate interest in a secure, functional service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Manually selected language: an expressly requested function; section 25(2)(2) TDDDG.
  • Contact form, email or telephone: handling your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on context).
  • Optional audience measurement: consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG.

Retention

The website does not store full IP addresses in its own database. Technical logs of the hosting service are processed under its security requirements. Analytics consent is stored for up to 180 days; analytics data is deleted after the period configured in the analytics account. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained for 30 days. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry or legal obligations.

Recipients and processing

Technical hosting and security providers receive the connection data required to operate the site. Contact-form messages are forwarded through FormSubmit to the controller’s email inbox; FormSubmit and Google receive the contact details and message entered. With analytics consent, Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, processes usage data; processing outside the EU cannot be ruled out completely.

Your rights

Where the legal conditions apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time for the future. You also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
